Experienced Service Advisor

At Audi Oxnard , we pride ourselves on delivering a premium customer experience that matches the excellence of the Audi brand. We're currently seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team.

What We're Looking For :

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor (Audi experience is a strong plus)
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and service processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with DMS systems (CDK / ADP preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,000.00 to $114,000.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, and Individual Profit, and / or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and / or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
