Position Overview : DCI is hiring a full-time Dedicated Aide (DA) Manager. The Dedicated Aide Manager provides daily supervision of the Dedicated Aide team and assists in the onboarding process of new Dedicated Aides, substitute coverage during absences and coordination of afternoon duty posts and responsibilities to support after school programming. The DA Manager also assists in the supervision and instruction of students with disabilities or special needs in a regular or special education classroom; observes and documents student progress; implements plans for instruction; and provides clerical support, as needed. Compensation : $46,190 - $55,103 (Starting salary is determined by education and years of relevant experience.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required. (Associates , Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent is highly preferred).
• Preference for candidates that are bilingual in Spanish, French, or Chinese and English.
• Ability to lift and carry orders and deliveries short distances.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a school environment.
• Comfortable in a Mac environment.
• Able to draft and create documents and spreadsheets.
• Ability to use multiple technology platforms to guide instruction and communicate with students and families and proficiency with communicating using G-Suite tools, including Gmail, is preferred.
• Clear a background check.
