Senior Construction Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager- DER.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee project management, including collaboration with internal and external teams, financial performance monitoring, and project budgeting

Manage team dynamics by coaching, mentoring, and developing staffing plans for projects

Ensure client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards while maintaining project documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in construction management or engineering preferred

8 years of construction-related experience

Proficient with scheduling software, preferably MS Projects

Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and construction financial programs

OSHA 30 certification and relevant professional designations preferred (e.g., PE, CPM, LEED)
