Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations with supplies.
• Prepare food, including chopping vegetables and butchering meat.
• Cook menu items in collaboration with kitchen staff.
• Follow chef's instructions and maintain cleanliness.
• Stock inventory and ensure food preparation meets standards.
• Maintain a positive attitude and arrive on time for shifts.

Skills:

• Prior cooking experience preferred.
• Good understanding of cooking methods and ingredients.
• Ability to work accurately and swiftly.
• Familiarity with industry best practices.
• Culinary school experience is a plus, but not required.
