Position Summary :
The Analyst, Centralized Publications, will support the Centralized Publications team and its Content Management System (CMS). The Analyst, Centralized Publications supports frontline crewmembers and business partners by managing web access accounts and troubleshooting account errors directly with users. The Analyst, Centralized Publications also manages incoming documentation and maintains a documentation database. The Analyst, Centralized Publications is an important role in JetBlue's Centralized Publications team, ensuring that all crewmembers and business partners have access to their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Analyst will develop key relationships with stakeholders in Airports, Customer Support, Flight Operations, Inflight, System Operations, Technical Operations, and Safety / Security.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Maintains business partner network access, including interfacing with business partners and our Information Technology (IT) teams
- Maintain Content Management System (CMS)
- Assist with audit and documentation quality control
- Support ad hoc editing / content development including supporting manual revisions
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications :

The base pay range for this position is between $50,000.00 and $89,600.00 per year.
