As our Vice President of Sales, you'll own revenue expansion across our full portfolio of healthcare solutions. You'll act as a strategic advisor to some of the most influential organizations in the industry, uncovering broad business problems and architecting multi-solution engagements that deliver measurable impact. This role is built for a true hunter who can open new doors, deepen executive relationships, and drive enterprise-level transformation.

What You'll Own

Consultative Enterprise Selling

Lead high-level conversations with C-suite stakeholders, reframing challenges and delivering solutions that improve cost, efficiency, and performance across multiple business units.

Cross-Solution Growth

Sell the full breadth of Carenet's capabilitiespayer, provider, and health servicesexpanding single-service opportunities into multi-solution partnerships.

New Logo Acquisition

Build, drive, and convert a high-velocity pipeline. You'll be expected to operate as a true hunter while nurturing strategic accounts with intention, not dependency.

AI-Enabled Sales Excellence

Use AI and data-driven insights to sharpen qualification, forecasting, solution design, and pursuit strategy.

Executive Relationship Leadership

Earn and maintain trust at the senior-most levels. Influence decisions, navigate complexity, and position Carenet as a long-term strategic partner.

What You Bring

7+ years of enterprise, quota-carrying sales success in healthcare or adjacent markets

A proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling across multiple product lines

Strength in new logo acquisition and enterprise hunting

Executive presence and the ability to influence senior decision-makers

Comfort navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Fluency with Salesforce and modern sales tech (AI-driven tools a strong plus)

A strategic, hungry, self-directed mindset with the discipline to execute predictably

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
