Qualifications

The ProSidian Professional Consultant Network is a marketplace that connects top independent talent with exciting opportunities at ProSidian. It is a place where independent talent can learn about open roles with ProSidian, network with ProSidian employees, and gain support to continue building their career. The ProSidian Professional Consultant Network is open to independent talent living and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, or eligible to work on global client engagements, including former ProSidian employees who left the firm while in good standing.

Members of the ProSidian Professional Consultant Network will have :

Each ProSidian Professional Consultant Network role is project-based and has its requirements. The role description will indicate the start date, end date, and hours expected per week for each role.

Members of the ProSidian Professional Consultant Network are not ProSidian employees and, therefore, are not eligible for ProSidian benefits. However, you may be eligible for benefits through full-time employment with ProSidian, which may result from ongoing project engagements.

There is no guarantee that you will be selected for work within the ProSidian Professional Consultant Network. However, the ProSidian Professional Consultant Network is an active, frequently updated marketplace designed for independent talent to find new projects, so we encourage you to your CV / Bio / resume, answer our glass slipper questions, designate technical service expertise (area Of Focus), and allow us to send you roles in your areas of interest proactively.

As a condition of employment, all employees are required to fulfill all requirements of the roles for which they are employed; establish, manage, pursue, and fulfill annual goals and objectives with at least three (3) Goals for each of the firms Eight Prosidian Global Competencies.
