Manage technical support of highly automated CNC Machine Tools and ensure positive customer experiences.

Activities :

• Manage technical support personnel.
• Report regularly on Key Performance Indicators, resource needs, activities, accomplishments, opportunities, and challenges of group.
• Oversee development and delivery of documented technical information produced by Technical Support Staff or collaboratively with other departments such as Parts Lists, Service Manuals, and Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification, and Preventative Maintenance procedures.
• Manage technical content for training program to unify methods, information and communication into a single global program with a common set of tools, procedures and technical information.
• Coordinate schedule and timeline for training courses covering Operation of Hardware and Software, Basic Application Development, Data Optimization and Analysis, Maintenance and Troubleshooting, Repair, Installation and Validation.
• Occupy a point of escalation within resolution process, including customer communications, visiting customer sites, troubleshooting and commissioning.
• Collaborate with product development and product management to ensure serviceability, ease of use, and product reliability are prioritized appropriately.
