Locum Emergency Medicine Physician (MD / DO)

We are seeking board-certified Emergency Medicine Physicians for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Texas, starting Dec 14, 2025. This ongoing need offers a variety of 12-hour shifts across weekdays and weekends. Physicians must hold an active Texas license and be ABEM certified. Job Details Location : Texas Start Date : Dec 14, 2025 LOA : 60 days Provider Type Needed : Emergency Medicine Physician Schedule : Monday : 7am-4pm, 1pm-9pm, 9pm-7am Sunday & Tuesday-Thursday : 7am-3pm, 2pm-10pm, 9pm-7am Friday-Sunday : 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am Responsibilities and Duties Provide emergency medical care to patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries Perform patient assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning within the emergency department Stabilize and manage critical care situations in accordance with current emergency medicine guidelines Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all clinical encounters Adhere to facility protocols and regulatory requirements Additional Information Active Texas medical license required Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) required This is an ongoing locum tenens opportunity Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
