As a Non-Certified CS / SPD Technician, you will play a key role in how our operating rooms care for patients. In this role, you will provide safe and efficient practices for decontamination, instrument inspection, assembly, wrapping, and sterilization of all reprocessed instruments and distribution equipment. You will be responsible for case cart management and ensuring compliance with departmental standards

A caregiver in this position works : 10 : 00am - 6 : 30pm (Full time). Will float between Crile and Main Campus Q building.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Provide case care management.
• Properly handle equipment, instruments and chemicals.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Observe personal protective equipment standards in the decontamination process.
• Scan, sort, inspect and assemble, wrap and label instruments by instrument list as documented in the procedure.
• Perform record keeping.
