Ability to work night shifts, specifically from 11 PM to 7 : 30 AM. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to overnight guest requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage and deliver clean linens to various guest in a timely manner
- Store linens in designated housekeeping storage, maintaining quality and organization.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and alert management of any supply shortages.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Uphold Hyatt's standards of service and professionalism at all times.
