We are currently seeking a talented Ohio-licensed BCBA to join our team and deliver top-quality telehealth services, including parent training, assessments, treatment planning, and remote supervision of RBTs, all in accordance with Ohio ABA regulations .
Key Responsibilities
Provide ABA services through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms .
Conduct functional behavior assessments suitable for telehealth.
Create and refine individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
Supervise RBTs remotely in compliance with BACB and Ohio standards.
Conduct virtual training sessions for parents and caregivers.
Analyze clinical data and ensure precise documentation.
Engage in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to enhance care.
Requirements
Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
Ohio licensure or eligibility for practicing ABA.
Authorized to offer telehealth services in Ohio .
A reliable internet connection and a private workspace are essential.
Strong skills in clinical writing and effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications : Experience in telehealth, supervision of RBTs, and familiarity with Ohio Medicaid are highly valued.
