[job_card.job_description]Self-Scheduled Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-730am) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) RNs receive specialized training including ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and are cross-trained to be Charge RNs Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units Deliver top-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced collaborative environment Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred) Flexibility : Ability to meet the following schedule requirements : 2 Fridays 2 Mondays 1 Weekend Training includes ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training Competitive Pay : Base rate plus float differential Full Benefits Package : Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement options Work-Life Balance : Self-scheduling with minimal holiday rotation Professional Growth : Exposure to multiple specialties enhances your nursing career Registered Nurse license issued by your practicing state Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program Ability to provide holistic patient care and respond to clinical situations flexibly Proficient computer skills and excellent communication abilities Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills

As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care by using the nursing process while ensuring safe and therapeutic care according to established standards. You'll lead efforts to create a safe patient environment, develop and maintain therapeutic relationships, assess changes in patient status, and collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient-centered care.
