Shift / Hours : Monday - Sunday, 9 : 30 am-7 : 30 pm

Pay Rate : $21 per hour

Location : San Francisco, CA

Experience : At least 1 year of customer service experience in the optical industry

Storefront Associate Job Duties include :

Customer Support : Proactively assisting customers with the use of digital pick-up lockers and ensuring a smooth retrieval process for their eyewear.

Inventory & Visual Merchandising : Maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail floor by performing fast and accurate restocking of sold-out items, adjusting product displays, and performing light cleaning duties to keep the storefront pristine.

Operational Support : Acting as a runner to efficiently move items, frames, and documentation between the sales floor, back-office areas, and laboratory as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Storefront Associate Required Skills include :

Speed & Accuracy : Demonstrated ability in fast and accurate restocking procedures and inventory handling.

Tech Proficiency : Comfort and competency in handling and troubleshooting digital gadgets and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Customer Focus : Excellent, friendly customer communication skills, with a welcoming and helpful demeanor toward all patients and customers.

Storefront Associate Requirements may include :

Retail Background : Experience in retail (apparel, eyewear, or general goods) where customer-facing service and operational efficiency were key responsibilities.

Operational Roles : Prior experience in floor operations, fitting room support, or Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) counter support is highly valued.

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Must provide 3 professional references.
