Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to enhance AI interactions and customer satisfaction
Analyze data to prioritize improvements in core messaging systems
Identify bottlenecks and shape technical roadmap for prompt engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a startup
Strong technical background with the ability to simplify complex ideas
Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and continuous improvement
Passion for AI and experience in leveraging it for customer communications
Optimistic approach with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
