A company is looking for an Executive Assistant II to provide administrative support to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leaders
Organize senior leadership meetings and coordinate company events
Act as a point of contact for executives, handling communications and maintaining confidentiality
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in an executive support role (SVP / EVP)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High level of professionalism and discretion
