Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Escrow Officer, located just outside of the Greater Phoenix Area in Buckeye with some work-from-home flexibility.
Role may vary and include additional items not listed above.
What the role entails
- Manage Escrow Transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Communicate Proactively with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to keep all parties informed and confident.
- Prepare & Review Documents including settlement statements, deeds, and title commitments.
- Balance Files & Disburse Funds with precision and care.
- Generate New Business by making outbound calls, visiting offices, and following up on leads.
- Build Relationships with agents, lenders, and other referral partners.
- Collaborate on Growth Strategies with the team to increase market presence and client satisfaction.
- Help Shape Systems & Processes to improve efficiency and customer experience as we scale.

Experience in managing real estate transaction closingsProficiency in handling escrow processes and notarizationsStrong customer service skills, especially in residential real estateExcellent attention to detail and compliance with regulatory standardsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable making outreach calls and actively pursuing business relationships.Positive, adaptable, and excited about building something new.Knowledge of the Greater Phoenix Area real estate market is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
