1st Shift - Data Entry/Customer Service

Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Data Entry/Customer Service Representatives for our Romeoville client.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shifts: 1st Shift - 8:00am - 3:30pm/4:30pm (can work 35 - 40 hours per week) Assignment expected to run through the end of the year

The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison between customers, sales, and production facility. This position will work with internal departments to achieve customer expectations. CSR will oversee and manage the customer workload as well as assist in processing jobs and talking to clients. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Position will establish and promote excellent customer relations as well as facilitate the resolution of any customer issues. We are looking for a motivated, organized individual to add to our growing team.
