Engineering Manager (Software Development)

This role is ideal for an experienced engineering leader who thrives at the intersection of people leadership, delivery, and collaboration. You'll be accountable for team performance and outcomes while partnering closely with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to bring complex software initiatives to life.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team of software engineers with a focus on performance, growth, engagement, and retention
- Plan and oversee medium-to-large development initiatives, ensuring work is clearly scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time
- Set clear goals and expectations while removing obstacles that slow teams down
- Conduct regular 1 : 1s and performance conversations centered on feedback, development, and career growth
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals
- Promote high standards for software quality, reliability, and maintainability
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement across products and development processes
This is a people-first leadership role. While technical fluency is important, success comes from coaching engineers, driving alignment, and owning delivery outcomes rather than writing code day-to-day.
