Employment Type : Full-Time / Exempt
Requirements : Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in AWS, Office 365 Admin, Jira Administration, and IAM systems.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF preferred).
- Experience with helpdesk platforms (e.g., Jira Service Management, Zendesk).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
