[job_card.job_description]Minimum two years' experience working within the repair industry; preferably "Apple Ecosystem" Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients Physical skill requirements Vision / hand-eye coordination to perform repairs Lift 25 Lbs. Good vision / hand-eye coordination Own reliable transportation / Valid Driver's License Ability to pass background check / drug test Professional appearance Retail experience recommended but not required 2+ years in electronic repair location Proven ability to meet and exceed repair goals

- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices within an allotted time frame
- Have dexterity to be able to use your hands with small tools and parts
- Clear vision and the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing electronic industry
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Able to comprehend technical documentation, charts, and operating
- Timely output to ensure continuity, quality, and safety is mandatory
- Communication : ability to ask questions and listen to customers in order to find out the issue, explain the problem in a clear and understandable way, and give them options for repair or replacement.
- Dexterity : Computer repair techs use their hands to manipulate objects within the computer.
- Troubleshooting : Computer repair techs must be able to diagnose, repair and test computer problems as they arise.
