We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient clinic serving Kansas City’s diverse neighborhoods. This is a chance to join a collaborative team focused on whole-patient care.

Position Overview

Conduct comprehensive assessments, manage chronic / acute conditions

Provide care to patients of all ages

Develop and coordinate treatment plans

Emphasis on prevention, education, and patient-centered care

Qualifications

FNP or PA certified

Missouri license or eligibility

Clinical experience in primary care is a plus
