Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution of Microsoft AI Business Solutions to drive customer transformation

Oversee solution development, ensuring quality and consistency across initiatives

Manage and develop a team, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration

Required Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in technology professional services, focusing on Microsoft AI Business Solutions

Experience with the Microsoft Partner ecosystem for co-selling and joint GTM efforts

Proven experience in coaching and developing diverse teams

Strong understanding of cloud and data best practices

Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
