Development Associate – Real Estate
We are working of behalf of a well established company who are seeking a motivated Development Associate to support their real estate development team. This role assists with property acquisition, project planning, due diligence, financial analysis, and construction coordination for affordable and market-rate housing projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support property evaluation, acquisition, and due diligence processes
- Assist with drafting letters of intent, contracts, and related documentation
- Help prepare preliminary budgets, timelines, and development schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, appraisers, and other consultants
- Assist with financial underwriting and market analysis
- Support housing tax credit applications and compliance reporting
- Help manage construction draws and funding requests
- Prepare materials for public presentations and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain project documentation and reporting deadlines
- Provide administrative support to development and asset management teams
