Som Frilans Mystery Shopper for Better Business vil du spille en nkkelrolle i evaluere og forbedre kundeservicen hos bilforhandlere. Din oppgave er opptre som en helt vanlig kunde, og deretter rapportere opplevelsen din gjennom et strukturert sprreskjema. Oppdragene vil blant annet inkludere :
