Title : Manager of Software Engineering, E-Commerce & Web Applications (Hybrid)

We are seeking a forward-thinking Software Engineering Manager to lead our established and growing digital team. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the technical roadmap for our mission-critical web applications and e-commerce experience.

What You Bring :
A proven track record of 3+ years in a Lead or Manager role, successfully guiding engineering teams through development life cycles.Expertise in people leadership, mentoring, hiring, and managing performance.Deep experience with web application architecture and E-commerce platforms, particularly Magento 2Technical fluency in modern stacks such as PHP, Node.js, and Vue.js (or similar experience with C# or GoExperience leveraging cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS or AzureStrong background in database technologies like SQL
