Texas Licensed Inside Sales Agent

A company is looking for a Sales Representative, Inbound Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs

Convert sales leads into policyholders by matching appropriate coverages and products

Represent the company brand and ensure customer satisfaction through quality service

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales / service-related work experience required

Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held)

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

Proficiency in typing and PC usage
