Must speak Spanish at a 7 out of 10 score or better, many patients are older with hearing issues, and they only speak Spanish Someone aligned with their mission and values Someone good with EHR Must work well in teams – PCMH model – MAs, Receptionist, Care Coordinators, and Care Managers
