What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will:
Engage with customers in-store to promote products and services
Clearly present Alpha’s client offerings and explain benefits
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals
Collaborate with team members and managers to improve results
Track customer interactions and update records accurately
What We’re Looking For (Essential Qualifications)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, professional, and goal-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Reliable and self-motivated
Ability to work Thursday through Monday (with Tuesday & Wednesday off)
(Preferred but not required)
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service
Familiarity with sales or CRM software
