Key Responsibilities

Implement evidence-based blood pressure control practices and provide related education

Support community partners in improving health outcomes and nutrition security initiatives

Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to achieve community impact goals

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in public health or related field preferred

Proven track record of organizational skills and ability to work independently and in teams

Commitment to improving rural health outcomes

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word

Able to lift / move large objects and access reliable internet when working remotely
