[job_card.job_description]Diagnose and treat all common urgent care cases for patients of all ages. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per approved standards. Educate patients and families on follow-up care. Treat patients and their families with utmost respect, safety, and dignity. Hourly base + daily patient volume incentive opportunities (can add several hundred dollars per day!) Work fulltime only three days per week. Opportunities for added shifts / overtime for incredible added earnings, if desired. Growth & leadership opportunities as we expand (promoting from within!) NPs : MSN-FNP Degree + AANP or ANCC Board Certification PAs : Physician Assistant Studies Degree + NCCPA Board Certification California NP or PA Licensure California Furnishing License (NPs only) DEA Certificate with California address. Proficient at IV access for blood draw and administering drugs. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire
