Key Responsibilities

Lead technical strategy, planning, and execution of cross-functional engineering and AI initiatives

Ensure alignment between architecture, product management, and engineering teams for scalable solutions

Apply a data-driven approach to program delivery to enhance platform capabilities and accelerate AI adoption

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline

5+ years of experience managing software or cloud engineering programs in a global environment

Solid understanding of software architecture, development lifecycles, and cloud-based delivery models

Experience delivering technical initiatives using Agile or SAFe methodologies

Foundational AI skills and understanding of AI application in improving outcomes
