ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been an agent for 25 years and currently have one full-time team member. My journey with State Farm spans 35 years, giving me deep experience and insight into the industry.

We offer a Simple IRA and cover the cost of licensing to support the growth and success of our team.

Our office culture is built on trust, accountability, and pride in our work. We’re looking for a self-motivated problem solver who takes initiative, follows through, and takes real pride in delivering excellent service to our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeff Chisham - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
