Bilingual Entry-Level Accountant (Spanish |English)

Key Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
• Support bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Help prepare tax documents and other regulatory filings.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• And any other activity assigned by his immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (recent graduate or final semester).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP preferred).
• Must Speak Spanish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred (not required):

• Internship or academic project experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or other software.
