Experience Levels & Qualifications
This role is open to candidates with varying levels of experience. Final title, scope of responsibilities, and compensation will align with demonstrated skills and leadership capability.
Level I – Electrical Engineering Manager
Target Compensation : $110,000 – $125,000
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering(or related engineering field)Active Professional Engineering (P.E.) license (or ability to obtain within an agreedtimeframe)5–7 years of electrical engineering experience in commercial and / or industrial constructionFoundational leadership or team coordination experienceProficiencyin engineering and construction management softwareStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsLevel II – Senior Electrical Engineering Manager
Target Compensation : $125,000 – $145,000
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringActive Professional Engineering (P.E.) license7–10 years of progressive electrical engineering experienceDemonstrated experience leading engineering teams or project scopesExperience with project management, estimating, prefabrication, and / or project controlsStrong client communication and cross-functional leadership skillsLevel III – Lead / Principal Electrical Engineering Manager
Target Compensation : $145,000 – $160,000

The Electrical Engineering Manager will lead our internal engineering team and drive technical execution across a wide range of commercial and industrial construction projects. This full-time, on-site role is based at our headquarters office in Spindale, NC and requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop an 8–10 personengineering teamRead and interpret construction documents, drawings, schematics, and designsDesign and develop electrical system specifications for commercial and industrial projectsIdentifyand implement engineered solutions to field challengesPromote prefabrication and innovative electrical installation methodsCollaborate with project teams to improve installation efficiency and productivityUtilize tools such as AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Microsoft Project, Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and / or ConEstEnsure alignment with project scope, schedule, and cost targetsMaintainhigh standardsfor documentation, quality, and cross-team collaborationGeneral Requirements (All Levels)
