Store - COLUMBIA, MODiriger les processus d’exploitation afin d’encourager les ventes et les profits tout en protégeant nos actifs. Soutenir les processus de gestion des stocks pour assurer la bonne présentation des marchandises et le bon réapprovisionnement des stocks en magasin. Diriger une équipe de membres d’équipe bien formés pour offrir une expérience de magasinage centrée sur la clientèle. Offrir un service à la clientèle courtois.

Activités principales

  • Aider le directeur du magasin à planifier et à soutenir la planification et l’exécution de la charge de travail du magasin.
  • Aider le directeur du magasin à gérer et à assurer le respect des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et des programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et règlements applicables, assurer la mise en pratique des politiques et des normes de l’entreprise et tenir l’équipe responsable des conditions du magasin et des résultats obtenus.
  • Soutenir et participer au processus de déchargement du camion et de stockage pour assurer que les normes des livraisons par camion sont suivies et que le budget est respecté.
  • Atteindre les IRC, gérer les membres de l’équipe pour qu’ils atteignent les IRC liés à leur poste.
  • Gérer les normes de présentation visuelle de la marchandise en magasin et s’occuper de l’espace de présentation et des aménagements saisonniers.
  • Gérer et exécuter les programmes de gestion des stocks en magasin.
  • Gérer et exécuter les programmes d’exploitation pour les marchandises et le programme omnicanal.
  • Gérer et exécuter les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité.
  • Former, observer et encadrer l’équipe pour obtenir des résultats, participer au processus de gestion du rendement de l’équipe, soutenir le développement des talents, utiliser les compétences de leadership pour le développement personnel continu.
  • Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles, faire la promotion de l’engagement envers la vision et les valeurs de l’entreprise, projeter une image positive et servir de modèle pour les autres.
  • Agir en tant que gérant en service (GES)
  • Accueillir les clients, les aider à trouver les produits et offrir des solutions.
  • Être formé pour la vente et la production dans l’encadrement sur mesure.
  • Aider avec les processus omnicanaux.
