Caregiver for 10 Hour-Shift in Yorktown Heights!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to our Female client in her home. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for the client, must be experience with Dementia Care.

Schedule:

• 8am-6pm Fridays

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments.
• Medication reminders.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
• Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatric care and in-home support
• Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide and/or Personal Care Aide certification preferred
