What You'll Be Doing

• Program and set up Swiss-style CNC lathes (Citizen L20, L32, DMG Mori NLX) using Esprit CAD / CAM software
• Optimize machining processes to drive faster cycle times, reduce scrap, and improve part quality
• Select appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and fixturing for a wide range of precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and complex engineering drawings
• Troubleshoot machining issues with confidence-you're the go-to problem-solver
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across equipment, process, and workflow
• Train and support operators- build up your team and elevate the floor
• Collaborate with production, quality, and leadership teams to ensure compliance with aerospace and medical standards
