ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lori Emch - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You are the agency right hand and most valuable player on the team overseeing daily operations. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. You will manage both sales and service inquiries for the agency. You will need all licensing to execute this role successfully.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversee the customer service team and daily operations for the agency
  • Partner daily with Agent to assure all agency responsibilities are met
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures and maintain those currently in place
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues
  • Manage all agency calls on a daily basis
  • Manage all inbound Sales Inquiries and Service Inquiries
  • Oversee Underwriting requirements and respond in a timely manner
  • Interact with State Farm Corporate regularly to assure a positive customer experience

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish is a plus
  • Licensing required in CO, Property and Casualty, Life and Health
