Description : Job Summary

The Portfolio Manager I will typically handle a large number of already established credits in the bank. The position will require more of an internal focus working with existing commercial relationships in the bank to service their commercial banking needs. Emphasis will be on servicing existing clients in need of timely loan renewals, new loans, covenant calculations and exception monitoring and clearing.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet with existing clients to identify their needs and collect relevant information
• Submit loan renewal requests to credit in a complete and timely manner
• Present credit requests at respective Loan committee and Pre-Flight meetings
• Handle day to day client maintenance requests
• Management of technical exception percentages to keep them within bank tolerances
• Job may require other duties as assigned and may include handling of some workout credits
• Initial analysis of new loan requests
