As a leader in Ethics & Compliance at Cardinal Health, you will be instrumental in fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes ethical conduct and compliance. Your Responsibilities
Implement and manage the key elements of an effective compliance program.
Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations, including Federal and State Anti-Kickback Statutes, False Claims Act, and more.
Develop and source tailored training to address specific compliance needs based on risk assessments and regulatory knowledge.
Oversee a solid information governance program to ensure adherence to records retention policies.
Manage a global compliance training program, enhancing employee learning through innovative training techniques.
Lead the coordination of global Compliance Week activities, with engaging speakers and events.
Collaborate with the communications team on initiatives to raise awareness and disseminate compliance-related content.
Maintain a thorough risk assessment program to identify and manage compliance risks effectively.
Ensure compliance policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated in line with industry best practices.
Run a compliance auditing and monitoring program that is tailored to business processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is preferred.
5-7 years of experience in healthcare compliance is highly desirable.
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements is preferred.
Expected Salary: $105,500 - $150,500
