PRN Nurse Trainer

Village Caregiving in Columbia, MO is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to serve in a training-focused role supporting our caregiver onboarding process. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys education, mentoring, and setting caregivers up for success in the home.

Schedule & Pay

• PRN role with availability 1–2 days per week

• Flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities

• Train new caregivers during onboarding

• Reinforce company standards, client safety, and care expectations

• Serve as a clinical resource for caregiver questions during training

• Ensure caregivers are prepared to deliver safe, high-quality non-medical home care
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Missouri

• Strong communication and teaching skills

• Comfortable training adults with varied experience levels

• Home care experience preferred, but not required
