Summary of the Opportunity :

Client Overview : We are hiring for a large search engine company. Join our team to support usability research and user experience design for location-based services on web and mobile platforms.

Role Summary : As a Usability Researcher 3 with a focus on qualitative research methods, you will contribute to supporting usability research by conducting interviews, benchmarking studies, and usability tests. Your insights and recommendations will help improve the search engine's user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and conduct in-depth interviews, benchmarking studies, and usability tests with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, goals, and motivations.
• Document interview outputs in detailed notes.
• Analyze qualitative data to identify patterns, themes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create presentations and reports to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights are incorporated into the product development process.
