Join a leader in life safety as our next Fire Alarm Installation Foreman , where you'll oversee fire alarm installation projects, lead technicians in the field, and ensure all systems are installed to the highest standards. In this role, you'll support our mission of protecting life and property every day through integrity, craftsmanship, and superior customer service.

This position is ideal for an experienced fire alarm installer or lead technician ready to step into a supervisory role.What You'll DoLeadership & Project Oversight

• Lead fire alarm installation crews on commercial job sites throughout Northwest Arkansas.
• Coordinate daily workflow, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for project managers, inspectors, general contractors, and customers.
• Ensure all work meets NFPA 72, AHJ requirements, manufacturer specifications, and State Systems quality standards.
