Community Health Program Coordinator (SAN ANTONIO)

POSITION SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES Cooperatively plans, organizes, provides, and evaluates community education and health education activities.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Licensed Vocational Nurse Diploma is required.Certification in a health-related subject that is specific to health promotion and wellness is required.Must have good business etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills.Two years member service experience in a managed health care setting is preferred.Medicaid knowledge is preferred.
