Location: Bee Mindful Mental Health - Sparks, Nevada
Practice Type: Private Practice
Schedule: 1–2 days per week (flexible)

Position Overview
We are a growing private psychiatric practice seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a provider looking for part-time, flexible work in a supportive private practice setting.

Compensation

  • Contract position

  • 70% of earnings (fee-for-service model)

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Work 1–2 days per week

  • Flexible scheduling based on provider availability and patient demand

Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments

  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the lifespan (as credentialed)

  • Provide medication management and treatment planning

  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with other providers and referral sources as needed

  • Comply with all state and federal regulations and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Active PMHNP license in Nevada.

  • Board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain)

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a private practice setting

  • Prior outpatient psychiatric experience preferred

Practice Support

  • Administrative and billing support provided

  • Established referral network

  • Opportunity to grow patient caseload over time
