ARC Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing Tax Resolution firm in Jacksonville, FL, seeking an Associate Tax Attorney to join their team.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in any U.S. state (does not need to be Florida)
Previous experience in tax law, tax resolution, or related legal areas preferred, but not required
Strong analytical, research, and client communication skills
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with federal and state tax issues, including audits, collections, and resolution strategies
Draft legal documents and correspondence related to tax matters
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex tax cases
Stay updated on tax regulations and case law
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior attorney looking to build a career in tax law with exposure to tax resolution cases.
