We are looking for a dedicated Full Arch / All-on-4 Hybrid Designer to join our cutting-edge digital dental laboratory. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind the digital design of life-changing, full-arch restorations, with a specialized focus on the All-on-4 treatment concept and hybrid dentures. Your work will require meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring every restoration meets the highest functional, aesthetic, and clinical standards. You will collaborate directly with our dental partners and lab team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As our Full Arch Designer, you will:

• Design state-of-the-art full-arch, implant-supported bridges and hybrid dentures (specifically All-on-4 cases) using Exocad from digital patient scans.
• Fabricate clinically sound hybrid prosthetics that align perfectly with technical specifications and aesthetic requirements.
• Accurately Interpret detailed dental prescriptions (RXs) and intricate technical specifications to guide the design process.
• Collaborate actively with dentists, clinical staff, and internal lab technicians to ensure seamless communication and on-time case completion.
• Execute Rigorous Quality Control checks on all digital files to guarantee designs meet both laboratory and clinical protocols.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve design challenges and workflow interruptions swiftly and effectively.
• Champion Innovation by staying current with the latest advancements in CAD/CAM technology, digital workflows, and materials science.
• Manage a dynamic workload of complex design projects efficiently while maintaining unwavering quality.

Must-Haves

• Expert Proficiency in Exocad software is non-negotiable.
• Demonstrated Expertise in designing full-arch, implant-supported, and hybrid dental restorations.
• In-depth Clinical Knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion principles, morphology, and dental materials.
• Proven Experience managing end-to-end digital workflows, including 3D scanning and lab processes.
• Exceptional Attention to Detail and the ability to execute complex, multi-step instructions precisely.
• Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills to collaborate effectively with both dental and lab professionals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with superior problem-solving capabilities.
