Automotive Customer Service Representative

Fleet Service Auto & Truck Repair, located in Everett, WA, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven full-time Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our family! YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

This is a full-time entry-level position, offering a great Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts. Multiple full-time shifts are available, with work hours from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

As our entry-level Automotive Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling everything from answering phone calls and scheduling appointments to ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining seamless communication throughout the service process. Your role will evolve as you gain experience, and you'll be trained to assist with parts reconciliation, manage customer inquiries, and support our service advisors in handling all facets of the repair process. Each day, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, assist with invoicing, and ensure customers are kept informed about the status of their vehicles. You'll be a key player in creating a positive experience for our customers from start to finish.
