Talent Ambassador

Staffmark is hiring a Talent Ambassador to support one of our valued clients in Joliet, IL. In this role, you'll serve as a working lead - supporting the Staffmark Shift Supervisor with pre-shift check-ins, onboarding assistance, and general floor support. When not performing Talent Ambassador duties, you'll work alongside the production team as a packer in a fast-paced packaging environment. Shift : 3rd Shift - Sunday through Thursday, 10 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM Pay Rate : $22.50 / hour Responsibilities : Work collaboratively on the production line to meet daily goals. Conduct employee check-ins and grant entry to associates. Create and distribute ID badges. Assist with new hire orientations and first-day guidance. Support the supervisor with daily tasks and floor presence. Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GM - Ps).
